First Baptist Church, Dandridge

First Baptist Church of Dandridge has been sharing the love of Christ in Jefferson County, Tennessee and around the world for over 200 years. And while we are one of the oldest churches in Tennessee, our message and our spirit is as relevant and alive today as it was when we began meeting together way back in 1786. Our heart's desire is to continue the task started long ago of faithfully proclaiming the Word of God, and demonstrating the power of Holy Spirit to change lives. To that end, we take seriously our charge to go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything Jesus has commanded. Matthew 28:19-20. We seek to be a church on mission.

From I-40 East take Exit 417, turn right. The church is 1.5 miles on the right. From I-40 West take Exit 417 and turn left. The church is located 1.5 miles on the right. From Jefferson City, take Hwy. 92 South, go under I-40 interchange. The church is located 1.5 miles on the right.
